Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of Unshipped Orders: Orders that have not been shipped within 3 days of placing the order qualify for cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Size and Quantity Discrepancies: If you receive a product of incorrect size, or if the quantity of the received product does not match your order, it is eligible for cancellation. Please note that this also applies to items that have not been delivered to the customer.

Identical Orders: Orders that are identical to a previous order can be cancelled upon request.

Refund Process:
We process refunds for eligible cancellations as follows:

Return Policy:
We accept returns only in the case of a damaged product upon arrival. To facilitate the return process, we kindly request our customers to make a video while unboxing the product. This video will serve as proof of any damage.
Returns for Reasons Other Than Damage:
